By accessing and using GigSentry ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
2. Description of Service
GigSentry is a job monitoring and notification service that tracks Upwork job postings based on user-defined criteria and sends instant notifications when matching opportunities are posted.
Key features include:
- Custom job search criteria configuration
- Real-time job notifications via email and Telegram
- Job search management dashboard
- Multiple search criteria per account (based on subscription plan)
3. Account Registration
To use GigSentry, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Subscription and Payment
4.1 Subscription Plans
GigSentry offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current plans and pricing are available on our Pricing page.
4.2 Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely through iyzico, our payment service provider. By making a payment, you agree to iyzico's terms and conditions.
4.3 Billing
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually)
- You will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
- No refunds for partial months or unused service (except as required by law)
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Return Policy for information about refunds.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
- Share your account with others
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
- Resell or redistribute the service
6. Service Availability
While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend or terminate the service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons.
We are not responsible for any missed job opportunities due to service interruptions, changes to monitored platforms, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
7. Intellectual Property
GigSentry and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Third-Party Services
GigSentry uses iyzico as a third-party payment processor. We are not responsible for:
- Changes to publicly available job posting data on platforms we monitor
- Accuracy of data provided by monitored platforms
- Interruptions in data availability from monitored platforms
- Third-party payment service interruptions
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GIGSENTRY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

12. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Non-payment
- Abuse of the service

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international e-commerce laws and regulations applicable to digital services.
