1. Service Description
GigSentry provides a digital service that monitors Upwork job postings and sends instant notifications to users based on their custom search criteria. As a service provider, we operate in compliance with EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable consumer protection laws.
2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)
According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing any reason and without penalty.
Important: The withdrawal period begins on the date the contract is concluded. If you request that the service performance begins during the withdrawal period and you then exercise your right of withdrawal, you shall pay an amount proportional to the services provided until you communicate your withdrawal.
3. How to Exercise Right of Withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by:

Please include your name, email address, order number, and the date of purchase in your withdrawal notice.
4. Refund Process
Upon receiving your valid withdrawal notice, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
Refund Timeline:
- Notification received: Day 0
- Refund processed: Within 14 days
- Funds returned to your account: 3-10 business days (depending on your bank)
5. Partial Refunds
If you have used our service before exercising your right of withdrawal, you will be charged proportionally for the service used. The calculation will be based on:
- The number of days the service was active
- The subscription plan price
Example: If you purchased a monthly subscription for €10 and withdraw after 7 days, you will be refunded approximately €7.67 (23 days of unused service).
6. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for subsequent periods
- No refund will be provided for the current billing period (unless within the 14-day withdrawal period)
7. Exceptions to Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:
- Services that have been fully performed with your consent before the withdrawal period ends
- Services priced according to financial market fluctuations
8. Delivery of Service
As a digital service, GigSentry is delivered instantly upon account creation and payment confirmation. There is no physical delivery involved. You will receive:
- Immediate access to your account dashboard
- Email confirmation with account details
- Ability to set up job search notifications immediately
